FLIR Creative developed Family Pass in response to Industrial Credit Union’s (ICU) desire to increase membership. Our solution was a unique and social credit union marketing program that reaches out to regional families, focuses on solving real world financial issues, and differentiates the credit union. By presenting real savings to families in a fun and approachable way, the credit union has gained a steady stream of new members, solidified their standing with existing member families and increased credit union brand recognition dramatically in the community.
